We only spent one night, so we did not really use the apartment except for sleeping. The bed was comfortable. The apartment seemed stuffy. The kitchen was sparsely equipped.
There was no kettle. When I asked the owner, she replied that "people keep breaking them, so use a pan to boil water." However, she was very helpful overall with instructions on entering the apartment ( code for gate to complex, code to get into building and code for lockbox to find apartment key), and we were lucky that a neighbor on the floor above helped us, otherwise I think it would have been a little difficult to get in. The owner was also very helpful with instructions on getting to and from the airport. It is a short walk to the local station , one stop on the FL1 train. The cost is high, the same as going all the way from Rome to the airport. She kindly ordered us a taxi to get to Ostia Antica from the apartment. About 35 Euros, but well worth the visit on our last afternoon in Italy before a morning flight back to the USA.

The apartment is only 10 minutes from the airport, but in a real neighborhood with many good restaurants. Guiseppe was a great host. Very responsive and flexible. Picked us up and took us to the airport. Gave us many recommendations and insights as well.

We booked this, because our flight arrived very light. Katrina helped us to get a driver that picked us up at 1:30 am in the night! Careful, taxis are VERY expensive. Next day we used a bus and metro to get into Rome (1:30h) transfer without a problem. Only thing: try to get tickets for the COTRAL busses at the airport. The ticket is 7 Euros in the bus. And the app won’t allow foreign mobile numbers to register.

Our flight was cancelled and we needed to find an accommodation that was near Rome Fiumicino airport. This apartment came to the rescue. With very little notice and late in the evening, we were connected with Enrico and he was very helpful in providing the information we needed to access the unit. He was even able to provide a great recommendation for transportation to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, well laid out and roomy. Great self catering apartment with spacious room, kitchen and bathroom. Definitely a gem for tourists. Massimo and Lorenzo made us feel extremely welcome and went out of their way to answer all our questions. I can definitely reccommend them.
Great value for money. Completely new apartment with many amenities. Great parking and great host. One thing to consider is that the apartment is close to the airport (5 min drive) but getting there with public transport is inconvenient. It's easiest if you happen to have a rental car (since there is free parking).

The actual apartment is cute and decorated with care. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the items needed for a short stay. The owners provided plenty of snacks and drinks, which was kind.

The flat was excellent. Spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. The owner was so kind. He collected me at the airport which made it much easier for me to get to the flat and to access the apartment. Situated in a quiet spot away from local restaurants and shops but very convenient for the beach. €1 on the bus takes you straight to the airport. Bus stop is on Main Street opposite the harbour.
New,clean and modern apartment with huge balcony. Few minutes drive to Fiumicino airport. There are restaurants and pizza shops nearby. Reserved parking is a plus. Host was responsive and accommodating.
Good size apartment. Stayed in Penthouse but not on the top of Building. Level 3. There are plenty of snacks left by the owner to enjoy. Asia was a fantastic host and assisted in every way.
Excellent place if convenience for the airport or the local car hire services is a factor in your choice. Very smart condominium style complex, good apartment with plenty of space and nice balcony area. Host was very helpful given the booking short notice.
