Comfortable, safe and secure, surrounded by 9 stunning lakes. Breathtaking natural beauty yet super close to the city and all its delights. This modern static caravan is fully equipped with everything you could need for a weekend, mid week or longer holiday. Complimentary oils and condiments, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and we even provide guest towels. Just arrive, unpack and you're ready to enjoy yourself. We offer an Amazon Echo Dot and also smart TV channels. The property is centrally heated with double glazing so it's suitable for a visit any time of year and the park is open to our guests 11.5 months of the year. In spring and summer you can enjoy the outside on the decking that is complete with outside furniture for you to enjoy. A bar and restaurant is on site, along with a heated outdoor swimming pool. This offers perfect self-catering flexibility in West Sussex. It's easy to use as an access point for many areas along the south coast. As the holiday home is located on a holiday park, in holiday season (March -Oct) there is lots of on site entertainment (PAID and PASSES REQUIRED). The park is open for private lets 11.5 months a year. It really is safe, secure and tranquil all the time so is great for an all year round visit. Directly in front of the holiday home is space for 1 car. There is also parking for multiple vehicles outside the entertainment centre and is just a short stroll from the holiday home. There are ample free and paid car parks throughout Chichester and you can also pre-book beach parking for West Wittering beach. The park is secure and has a gated barrier (fob provided)
