Traditional completely renovated 129 year old cottage. Perfect spot for the 152nd Open at Royal Troon. A mere 2 minutes walk into Prestwick Main Street with its excellent bars & Restaurants & many Bijou Boutiques, 7 mins walk to train station, 10 minutes walk to our lovely beach & Prestwick Promenade. The cottage is in a perfect location just off the main road but completely private yet a stones throw to all that Prestwick town has to offer. Royal Troon Links Golf Course is 3.9 miles drive, 3.1 miles walk & a lovely cycle in 16 minutes, 2 stops on the train which takes less than 5 minutes. Two large bedrooms one with a king size bed & the other bedroom is a double size, ample wardrobe space, 1 bathroom with bath & overhead shower plus another extra toilet Sitting room with TV, 2 & 3 seater electric recliners, WiFi, patio doors leading onto enclosed private garden with lovely seating area. Kitchen with tea & coffee making facilities, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. Newly built Conservatory with comfortable seating area 2 x 2 seater couches, TV, dining table & 4 chairs. Large driveway with ample room for 2 cars with electric vehicle charging point.
