The Old Rectory is a family run home from home business. The business aims to source locally sourced produce where possible with home cooked food at reasonable prices. The seasonal (April - September) licensed tea rooms and tea/beer garden with bar are open Wednesday - Sunday from 10.30am - 5.00pm (Last orders for food 2.45pm and drinks 4.45pm) to guests and non-residents. Brunch is served 10.30-11.30am, hot and cold lunches midday - 3pm, then cake and cream teas until 5pm.

The Old Rectory is situated in the quieter centre of Brean, and is within walking distance of the main attractions which tend to be situated on the edge of the village. The property benefits from a seasonal licenced tearoom and bar (April - September) located in a large conservatory overlooking the private partially walled gardens, seating 40 covers inside and 60+ outside in the tea /beer garden. The Old Rectory located with an acre site, including attractive gardens with fish pond, play area and car parking facilities. The property is adjacent to the medieval St.Bridgets Church. The property is situated just 400 metres from the 7 mile stretch of Brean Sands and 1 mile from Brean Down.

We are just 400 Meters from the 7 mile long sandy beach. Brean Down is 1 mile further along the beach. There are many facilities in Brean from a swimming pool / water-park to a funfair. Bars and restaurants a plenty just down the road. We are close to Weston Super Mare, Cheddar Gorge, Burnham on Sea. There is a golf course nearby and a cycle path to Weston Super Mare via the village of Uphill.
