THE CIRCUS MAISONETTE is located inside one of Bath's world famous archetectural wonders - The Circus. This gracious two bedroom, two bathroom Georgian apartment is spread over two floors at this prestigious address in The Circus. It is literally right next door to the Assembly Rooms, and has fantastic views from every window. The Royal Crescent is only a short stroll away. Restaurants, cafes, shops, & the Jane Austen Centre are just down the street. The apartment features high ceilings, period cornicing and Georgian windows looking out at the famous Assembly Rooms and the trees on The Circus. With a splendid drawing room and a spacious dining room/sitting room, a well equipped kitchen, you will be totally comfortable in this prestigious address. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with Victorian Hand shower. There is a separate shower room off the landing. The smaller bedroom has a single bed plus a single sized sofabed, if booked for 4 guests only- but: PLEASE NOTE; if you are coming with 4 persons, this bedroom is really only suitable for children or small adults as once the sofa bed is open there is very little floor space.
