the property is in a residential part of coatbridge just a 2 minute walk to coatbridge sunnyside trains station with quick and regular trains to both glasgow and edinburgh also a 5 minute walk to the main shopping and retail area of coatbridge with a great selection of shops and restaurants.

the flat is a short distance to summerlee heritage museum and time capsule leisure centre. monklands hospital and coatbridge college are close by.there is easy access to the motorway network to explore the tourist attractions of central scotland.
