All guest's info inc name/address/age, car reg no, email and phone number is required to process your leisure pass, if you have booked last minute or not provided the info within 24 hrs of arrival there may be a delay in issueing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment etc).

As a family-friendly holiday park there is a strict policy on no parties or gatherings and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby.

You must pay the £250 damage/loss deposit at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
