The proximity to the beach and the convenient access from the pool area were particularly appealing aspects of the property. Additionally, the hot tub and Sona were my favorite amenities.

Nice Christmas lights around Poole, and the local beach...
Nice Christmas lights around Poole, and the local beach nearest the accommodation looked like a great place to visit in the summer. Loved Brownsea Island and the Bournemouth Winter wonderland lights. Free entry to the lights make it accessible for everyone. Well done to all the area councils for putting on free festive things to see and do. Live music and a great atmosphere.

Poole has some very nice shops especially near the Quay.
Poole has some very nice shops especially near the Quay. The town further back from this is a bit more mixed but overall I think it has held up well to the financial challenges of the last few years. There seem to be plenty of places to eat out

Lovely beaches and plenty of dining options.
Lovely beaches and plenty of dining options. We ate in two Indian restaurants in Westbourne. The second was called Indi's and was amazing! Fabulous food and mega attentive staff. We will definitely dine there again if staying in the area.
We also dined in the Bournemouth Wetherspoons, the Moon in the Square which did not disappoint, classic Wetherspoons fayre and good service.
We really enjoyed the 18 hole pitch n putt mini golf in Bournemouth.

A good location if you're interested in boats and observing a busy harbour. A guided tour of the RNLI headquarters is definitely worthwhile, but needs to be booked well in advance as very popular. A trip to Brownsea Island is very enjoyable. Some good restaurants and cafes.

The quay is lovely, with lots of good places to eat.
The quay is lovely, with lots of good places to eat. If you're lucky you can park on the street for free, if not, the quay mulitstorey is reasonably priced.
It's 30 minutes from RSPB Arne, which we spent 3 days at & didn't manage to explore all of it.
You can walk to the quay to get the ferry to Brownsea to see the Red Squirrels, or go on other boat trips.
It's an hour from Portland Bill & Chesil beach

Excellent location in Poole. Very good breakfast and delicious cooked dinner in the hotel restaurant. The family spacious room was clean and beds were comfortable. All the required amenities for a nice short stay were there.
Great location on Poole Quay. Terrific view from breakfast room overlooking Poole Harbour. Buffet style breakfast was also enjoyable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was cheaper than others in area.
We asked for an early breakfast, which was supplied. The hotel was clean and well styled. Rooms were very comfortable and we were made to feel welcome. I would stay here again if travelling via Poole
Everything thing. Beautiful room. Very clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast. Better than most hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Poole. Highly recommend it.
