  • Hi, I am looking to book this property tomorrow for one night. It is last minute, but I was wondering whether an early check in would be possible if we went ahead with the booking? Ideally we would need to access the property at around 12:30 - 13:00. Would this be something you could accommodate?

Northbrook farm cottage is set in the grounds of Northbrook Park on the Surrey/Hampshire border. This property has a large garden area and access to beautiful fields that make the perfect backdrop for a picnic. Perfect for a family, friends or a couples getaway. Split over 2 floors with a sitting room, kitchen, conservatory, dining room, 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom. This cottage also has its own private garden with outdoor furniture. Farnham town centre is only a short drive away.
