Welcome to our modern detached home located in Cheltenham, at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. Our Home can sleep up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms. Accessed via a private front door, the entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has seating for 7 and a 65" flat screen TV. and leads to a private enclosed rear garden, which has a patio, lawn, seating for up 8, and hot tub for 6 people. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen diner and double bedroom. The kitchen diner has seating for up to 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. There is an under-counter fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee. Upstairs, there are a further 4 double bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom, which has its own modern en suite shower. There is also a modern family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower over. Other details to note: 3 of the bedrooms have 'zip and link' beds that can be made up as singles if required. (whilst we will try and accommodate last minute requests 3 days’ notice is required to guarantee single beds). Other Details to Note: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with Nespresso style coffee pods to use with the Nespresso coffee maker. We supply all crisp, freshly laundered, hotel quality linen for all beds, along with 2 pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We are pet friendly hosts (additional pet fee required)

Nunney Close is located on a quiet dead end road to close by to General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in Cheltenham which is often known as the Centre For The Cotswolds. Cheltenham is a vibrant Regency spa town known for its elegant architecture, cultural festivals, and beautiful parks. It offers a mix of traditional charm and modern amenities. Visitors can enjoy a variety of events throughout the year, including the famous Cheltenham Festival, which features horse racing, jazz, literature, and science festivals. The Cotswolds is a picturesque region characterised by rolling hills, quaint villages, and historic market towns. Known for its honey-colored stone buildings and scenic landscapes, it's a perfect destination for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The area is rich in history and offers numerous attractions, including stately homes, gardens, and charming pubs. Nunney Close also is a 10 minute drive away from Gloucester, where ancient Roman ruins meet medieval architecture and modern culture. One of the city's highlights is the stunning Gloucester Cathedral, renowned for its Gothic vaults, intricate stained glass windows, and royal tombs.
