May Cottage is a delightful property in the picturesque village of Middleton One Row. Aptly named after the 'one row' of properties overlooking the village green and the bank of the River Tees, the cottage was built in the 19th century and stands out with the perfect combination of original period features and modern interior. Newly refurbished to a high standard, this cottage features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining area, a family bathroom, a separate WC, and a private patio. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.

To the northeast, across the River Tees, is the vibrant market town of Yarm.
