Two bedroom terrace property on two levels. Living room with dining area with adjacent kitchen. Modern bathroom with shower. Private garden area with table and chairs accessible from kitchen. Street parking available nearby.
Gardiner Cottage is located in Prestwick town centre close to the local bars, restaurants and boutique shops. The beach is a five minute walk as are the links golf courses, Prestwick Golf Club and St. Nicholas Golf Club. There are local coastal cycle paths to Troon for cycle enthusiasts. Children can enjoy Kids play on the prominade. Prestwick is an excellent base to explore the Ayrshire Coast. The nearby beautiful towns of Troon and Ayr are 5 minutes drive and the ferry to Arran which leaves from Ardrossan is 25 minutes dr
