Attached to the owners&rsquo; property, the cottage has a large, secluded, fully enclosed garden with fine views over the fields and makes a delightful setting for a barbeque or al fresco meal. Situated just 3 miles from the small town of Alyth, the property has a wealth of attractions and amenities within easy reach. There are some great golf courses here along with super walks in the Den of Alyth, a wooded glen on the outskirts of the town. A few miles beyond is the bustling market town of Blairgowrie with its good selection...
