The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The ground floor is all on one level suitable for wheelchair access with a ramp to the front door. Also features a large walk in bathroom on the ground floor.Lifts to and from venues available p.o.a
we are in the main cottage happy for guests to interact if they want to also transport can be arranged to local pubs restaurants etc if needed
beautiful village location nearby south downs national park various racecourses... glorious Goodwood, festival of speed Brighton within half an hour London a short journey via train Ideal for those who like walking., relaxing or the excitement of local attractions. knepp Castle,local award winning vineyards,lambs in the spring. calves having running races. Bluebell woods..magical area for those who want to get away from screens and to interact with nature at its best no buses nearby so transport is by car bike or walking host happy to organise transport/lifts by prior arrangement
