It's very comfortable, both in the lounge and the bedroom. Really nice en-suite with a very good shower. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with all matching items. The host, Jackie, is lovely and friendly. There are good walks from the house. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice surrounding, views and things to explore .. They have horses around. Was just wonderful. The cottage is built at high standard and has quality furniture and everything in it.. Internet is good . The property is non-smoking and is set 18 km from Bognor Regis Train Station. Loved the bungalow, beautifully fitted out. Great to have a garden too. These owners shad been so thoughtful there was everything there anyone could need for a lovely stay. The property is only a short walk to the local facilities including a very good pub. Both of us are really looking forward to being able to return. Would recommend this property and the owners to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a amazing stay was very clean and coasy, the lovely landlord rabecca left us some Maltesers as a welcome what were super yummy thank you , the retreat was very quiet and relaxing.
