Ayres House was built by myself in 2017, so it's a lovely modern house with plenty of space and light. You can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The space is shared with just myself the property owner and I look forward to welcoming you in - I am very generous with my space. The living and kitchen area will be shared with myself but I will give you plenty of space to use them without me hovering around :) The property is has a self-check in option with a key box if you are checking in late or I am not around. When you are here I will make sure to be friendly and welcoming but respect your space and privacy too! Guests will have exclusive use of the private upstairs family bathroom. I have just as of November fitted a brand new shower to the private bathroom and my water pressure is excellent! Fresh towels and a bath mat will be provided. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also available in the bathroom. Please note that the bathroom is private for your use but it is not en-suite. Guests have full use of the shared kitchen area, which is spacious and well equipped. There is tea and coffee provided, as well as cows milk and coconut milk. There is a microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and dining area in the kitchen too.

I am very sociable and friendly, if you want to chat that is fine but also fine if you just want to come here to relax and have some space. I am quiet and respectful and I am the only other person you will share the space with.

Ayres House is situated opposite the original Crazy Bear a unique and eclectic oasis, which hosts events, private parties as well as being a great place for an amazing cocktail or to enjoy delicious food from their Thai and English menus. A short walk up the road is also the Crazy Bear farm shop with an award winning butchery and delicatessen, as well as being able to view the farm animals in the surrounding paddocks. There is an M+S garage in the village which is a 2 minute walk from the property. They stock a wide variety of food and drink, with fresh pastries and coffee being available throughout the day. The property is a 30 minute drive from the centre of Oxford, which is a stunning city full of interesting architecture, shopping, pubs, museums and restaurants. There are also other attractions such as cinemas, crazy golf and escape rooms. There is free parking on the premises, it features a driveway with enough space for two vehicles. Additionally to this there is free parking on the road. A car is recommended for getting to the accommodation as the public transport is limited. No taxis will be needed if you are visiting the Crazy Bear, its a 30 second walk away
