Cosy 1 bedroom home, central to Matlock-views overlooking both the hills and the awarding winning park. Parking outside property which is accessed via an unadopted RD. A spacious living room with TV, dinning table for 2. Brand new kitchen with granite worktops and appliances. Upstairs, A recently large refurbished bathroom with standalone bath and walk-in-shower, sink and toilet. A light a airy bedroom with far reaching views, with double bed, wardrobe, dresser/drawers and TV. Rear garden.

Set a 5 minute walk from the town centre, Matlock a small county of Derbyshire. This is a perfect property for those wanting to explore the Peak District. Matlock many shops, eateries, bars and hills to explore! Rail link to Derby and bus services to Manchester and others towns to explore. Parking outside property front door. 0.2 mile from town centre (4 minute walk) 0.5 mile (9 minute walk) to train station. 1.9 miles to Matlock bath Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer’s in town Local real ale pubs 0.2 miles up the hill.
