Cozy apartment of 40 m2 located in the center of Seville with 1 room. It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen. Rest in a room with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room. On the third floor enjoy a large private terrace of 30 m2 with table, chairs, sunbed and umbrella, for a romantic dinner or a relaxing moment.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, in the most stately part of the famous Barrio de la Macarena. 5 minutes walk from the Alameda de Hércules (the fashionable neighborhood in Seville) and 25 minutes walk from the monumental area (Giralda, Barrio de Santa Cruz). The apartment is very well connected by bus with all the points of interest in Seville, the Santa Justa train station (10 minutes) and the Seville Airport (45 minutes).
