The staff personnel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
My room had a simple, unadorned, modern design. It was very functional, and comfortable, and the furniture colors and the lighting were bright and soothing.
I also loved the cleanliness of the common and private spaces in the hotel, and the breakfast was a good international classic buffet.

Beautiful property and arguably the nicest hotel in Seville. The restaurant was stunning and food was incredible. Staff at reception (particularly India) were brilliant in helping organise our lovely anniversary stay.

Very nice hotel. Neat and clean. Friendly staff helped us get tickets for Alhambra (at double the price though) but it was well worth it. Rooms were nice and good size.
