I stayed five nights.
This two-level unit is very attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. There is an elevator, but if you have no car in the basement, it's just easier walk one level up the stairs.
All appliances worked well, plenty of hot water. I successfully used the washer to do laundry. Hair dryer. Powerful a/c.
There is a huge 'MAS' supermarket nearby.
Amparo is a fountain of information and suggestions as to what to do in the area. Very responsive. Amparo doesn't speak English, which presented a bit of a challenge. We used google translate and whatsapp for translation.
I mostly walked to and from downtown Seville, perhaps a bit unusual :-). Takes about an hour. I tried to use google maps to figure out bus rides, but google bus info is so wrong it's not funny. Have a detailed discussion with Amparo about the bus routes, and I expect you can figure it out.
