Beautiful property and arguably the nicest hotel in Seville. The restaurant was stunning and food was incredible. Staff at reception (particularly India) were brilliant in helping organise our lovely anniversary stay.

The rooftop bar and patio were excellent spots to grab a drink before heading out to explore Seville. We only briefly got to enjoy the pool area but wish we'd spent more time relaxing there. Was quite busy at the pool during our stay. Room was clean and exactly what we needed as we didn't spend much time at the room anyways. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful for recommendations and things to visit in the area!

Simply breathtaking - building, decoration, mosaics, room after room had the most wonderful designs. Cafe very good and tame peacocks and ducks wandering around outside; gardens provided a relaxing space to sit down. Shop had lovely items.

Visited Seville in October, it was apparently high season for touristswith temperatures between 36-41C, we unable to book tickets for Alcazar in the 3days of our visit. Tip 1 book Alcazar tickets on line.

In my opinion, it’s the next most beautiful palace after Alhambra in Spain. For a relaxed visit give 2.5 hours but if you have limited time it could be done in 1.5 hours. Do not waste your money on the audio guide as it doesn’t work properly and also there are limited number of recorded points. Mornings are best times to visit and enjoy the vast gardens as it’s cooler then day time. You can take advantage of free visit on Mondays but do book online three weeks in advance as the tickets are limited and like gold dust.

Make sure when visiting the Alcazar that you take a copy of your passport to be able to purchase your tickets. Without documents you can't get the discount iff you are part of the EU seniors. Also make sure you take a map as it is very easy to get lost. Very few signs as well as guards or any help walking around.

Amazing!!! Only a little bit worst then Alhambra in Granada, but ... what can be equal to that? Not deliberately one of "must see" attractions, treat gold dome inside and nice park together with some history of the palace and the kings. There is a "new" part designed by Catholics Kings - it is interesting to compare the moorish and catholic Kings architecture

משהו במסלול בתוך הארמון לקוי כאשר הכל חוזר על עצמו בצורה משעממת, ו כל המוטיבים הארכטקטונים חוזרים על עצמם מה גם שראינו אותם באתרים דומים בגרנדה וקורדובה

Amazing place . Super clean . Staff are very nice and helpful. The place is a true part of Seville history, it is a part of Alcazar palace and you can enjoy the palace garden from you balcony. It is close for all amenities, the restaurants and the city is just few steps away from the hotel .
No down side for the place , highly recommend
It is in the heart of the city center, so close to Cathedral and Alcazar palace. You can go everywhere by walking. The reception was so kind and helpful. They even allowed us to check-in earlier than their exact time. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

The Cathedral is simply wonderful, covering many periods. The Real Alcazar can be compared only with the Alhambra, and some of the decoration exceeds even its more famous neighbour. The great colonial administration buildings and Royal Tobacco Factory are huge and impressive. The paintings in the main Museum are wonderfully conserved and displayed. All in all, a major treat for historical groupies . . .
