Property info

This beautiful holiday home in the oldest part of Altea, Bellaguarda, has been restored and now welcomes guests from all over the world. The location could not be better, just in between Altea’s hilltop and it’s beach, you find yourself in a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the city, mountains, and Mediterranean Sea. The three floors consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and spacious living- and dining-room. The entrance of the of house leads in to the open kitchen and the light and spacious living-room, with a wonderful fireplace for the winter and natural coolness for the summer. The bathroom and large family double room are located downstairs, and upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. From the rooftop terrace, our guests will enjoy the most amazing views of Altea and the natural beauty of Costa Blanca. The beds measure: 180x200 downstairs family room, 160x200 upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and our guests will have access to bed-linen and towels. There are ceiling fans installed to help the breeze on the most warm summer days.
