We loved the building and it's gardens.
The owner was lovely and the room was huge but a little tired.
The location was ideal for both inland and coast.

We didn't go to the town centre but the beach area was stunning.
People were friendly, the place was well looked after, clean, litter free, nice to walk along the front. A pleasant harbour. Nice shops, bars, restaurants, cafe's and ice cream parlours.
Reasonable prices at least in October when we visited.

After complaining about not receiving my €200 euro deposit back they have repeatedly sent me text messages untill I blocked the number. Now they have started sending me messages through booking.com very late at night. example below. Sent at 00:30am

The coast line is beautiful with yellow sand and beautiful view of the coast as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a harbour wall walk. We wanted to eat paella at El Pescador which was recommended to us but unfortunately it closed at 3.30. Avoid fiesta days its not easy to get around.

nice location of the hotel, walking distance from the beach. Very noisy rooms, for sure not sound proof. One night stay is ok, but I did not stay longer and looked for another hotel in the area. The hotel is not value for money.

The roof terrace was stunning, I really felt they undersold this in the photos!
The staff were really friendly. There was a language barrier but we still communicated fine, and they were always smiling. Check in and out took seconds - very organised!
We also liked the array of restaurants/supermarkets near the hotel and it is about a 15/20 walk to the beach. Happy days!
We came in from Valencia airport and the travel was quite easy, with a bus stop about 5 mins away from the hotel.
The hotel is rated three stars, but it looks like four. The room was very comfortable, and the cleaning service every day prepared the room for the first welcoming day. We used a half-board arrangement. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was fresh, and various offers of fresh seasonal fruits, traditional salads, and meals, including paella, sea-grilled fish, and other options. The hotel is on the second line, 200 meters from Playa Gandia beach.
This hotel is really one of the best. It is worth every cent) Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, rooms, beds, breakfast, service and other - 10 /10 . Very good sandy beach is 1 -2 minutes by walk
We had sea view room on nine floor - absolutely amazing.

1. the best sea view is from 7 floor or higher
2. You can park your car on public parking, on side of the road absolutely free, 5 minutes by walk from hotel.
