The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was exceptional. The food was good. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff gave us a bottle of Cava and some chocolate hearts. This was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Located in the the middle of orange and mandarine fields, the hotel provides a peaceful getaway in greenery with a extremely well mainted pool. Great location. Right at the beach. Breakfast was included in our rate, and had a good selection. We also had an evening meal which was very good, and excellent value for money. The room was clean, and had a nice patio for enjoying an evening wine :-)

People were friendly, the place was well looked after, clean, litter free, nice to walk along the front. A pleasant harbour. Nice shops, bars, restaurants, cafe's and ice cream parlours.
Reasonable prices at least in October when we visited.

The coast line is beautiful with yellow sand and beautiful view of the coast as far as the eye can see. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a harbour wall walk. We wanted to eat paella at El Pescador which was recommended to us but unfortunately it closed at 3.30. Avoid fiesta days its not easy to get around.

nice location of the hotel, walking distance from the beach. Very noisy rooms, for sure not sound proof. One night stay is ok, but I did not stay longer and looked for another hotel in the area. The hotel is not value for money.

The hotel is rated three stars, but it looks like four. The room was very comfortable, and the cleaning service every day prepared the room for the first welcoming day. We used a half-board arrangement. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was fresh, and various offers of fresh seasonal fruits, traditional salads, and meals, including paella, sea-grilled fish, and other options. The hotel is on the second line, 200 meters from Playa Gandia beach.
Everything was reasonably priced, including the restaurant, breakfast, on site parking etc. A great location to explore the city of Gandia, with all the main attractions within a few minutes walk. The city is a little inland, so walking to the beach would take about an hour.
Apartment is very comfortable and clean.. Location is great, because it is close to the beach and shops. Bus stop is also not far from the apartament, so you can get the center of Gandia easy.
