Hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good central location for beach and old town. We had a very late check in and staff had kindly left beautiful salads in dining room. Breakfast was good with enough choice to suit all. Dinner was mostly Spanish menu but not a problem as plenty of good cheap restaurants around if you want something different. Room for 3 people was spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen changed every other day I think. Pool area good, very clean with plenty of sun beds

Definitely stay in " old town " Benidorm.
Definitely stay in " old town " Benidorm. More character & quieter.
Sadly, it's being over run by tourists from the newer part of Benidorm. Businesses are adapting changes to suit the influx and the ambiance is slowly disappearing.

Lots of places to eat, drink and visit for entertainment.
Lots of places to eat, drink and visit for entertainment. City bus tour gives a good value for money overview of the whole area and you can go back to stay in places longer. Cultural activities/sights in the old town and neighbouring towns/villages.

Benidorm has something for everyone, literally.
Benidorm has something for everyone, literally.
We new what to expect as we have been loads of times before. We had my 14 year old granddaughter with us and went to age appropriate venues and restaurants, which there are loads of. We walked about everywhere as all we wanted and needed was close by.
We had a trip up to the old town on our last day due to the weather conditions. We spent the day there going through all the cobble street, shopping, eating in lovely cafes, and the odd glass of wine or two.

Everything about this little hotel was lovely. The staff are there on call 24 hours a day and couldn't do enough for us. Staying in the old town was a bit different but allowed us to experience authentic benidorm rather than the tourist places. We had a swim and sunbathe on the little beach at the top of the street and couldnt be happier there.they havr great air con in rooms and a lift to use as we wete on 4th floor. Mini fridge in room was nice and cleaners every day. Will definitely be back.
Extremely clean hotel and perfect for our one night stay in Benidorm. Great location to the strip and getting to the beach. Pool area was good although we didn’t access it very much during our 24 hours. Seemed like the hotel was good for families and activities were going on throughout the day. Food for breakfast was a very good selection with something for everyone. Reception staff were friendly and always on hand to get us a taxi when we needed it to get to Old Town and the bus station.
Lovely little hotel situated at the edge of Benidorm old town ,a short walk from the noise of the old town but quiet enough for a good night sleep. The staff were very friendly the price included a nice Spanish breakfast of toastada fruit meat and cheese a prefect start to the day . The hotel offered free tea coffee water all day in the breakfast area . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Good breakfast. Five stars for the cleanliness and staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They helped us find safe and parking for the car not very far from the hotel, at about 15 min by foot (parking in Benidorm old town is impossible there are only payed parkings which cost 23.5-24 €/day).The fact that the staff at the reception spoke english was a plus.
Great hotel just a minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Benidorm Old Town. Exceptionally clean, modern rooms. All the staff I met were really friendly and accommodating.
