The first floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a guest toilet, a master double bedroom with its own bathroom. Below on the second floor there are 2 rooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 room, if desired, can be left as an office or made bedroom. There is one bathroom for these two rooms. Both rooms have access to the lower terrace, where there is a cozy sofa area and a barbecue area where you can enjoy pleasant moments and wonderful views. The house has an upper terrace with breathtaking sea views and a sunbathing area with sun loungers and a shower. Also there is a closed garage for one car.
The house is located in the prestigious residential complex Altea Hills. Urbanization with 24-hour security and a checkpoint, which guarantees your security, service and cleaning of the territory. The complex has tennis courts, a hotel with restaurants and bars, green recreation areas and a swimming pool. Altea Hills, which is located between the cities of Altea and Calpe (7 km, 10 min by car) on the Costa Blanca.
