Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. And the Ha Giang loop tour with them is absolutely amazing.

I stayed here twice during my time in Vietnam and would definitely return. It’s very clean and new, the staff is super helpful and always available. The owner kindly helped me to find a suitable company for the Ha Giang loop and Ha Long Bay. The location is also great, a bit far out of the old town which is actually an advantage if you’re looking to stay in a bit calmer area, yet with many great restaurants and cafes around. Also, for CrossFit enthusiasts, the box is just a few minutes walk away :)

LOCATION: It was clean, close to the main attractions of the city and easy to be picked up by tour operators. STAFF: there are no words to describe how accommodating and kind everyone was, whatever we needed and what we didn’t know we needed. Above my expectations, thank you so much. CLEANLINESS: even though the bathroom is shared, it was pristine each time. Well equipped ROOM: AC worked perfectly, the room has enough light, spacious and has literally everything.

We had really great time there. Location is very convenient for walking around and easy to gets food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped us book 2 trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. Both trip was great. Thank you guys so much for all your services. We definitely come back this hostel again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!

Set a 2-minute walk from Old City Gate in Hoan Kiem district, Little Charm Hanoi Hostel offers elegant accommodation and an Italian-style restaurant on site. My favourite hostel in Hanoi and I will definitely stay here when I come back. Great location, nice restaurent where you can eat or sit and have a drink and work on your laptop, an outdoor area to sit also and the rooms are great! Spacious, clean, curtains, a locker for your bags but also a locking space in the bed area. The beds are comfortable and the toilets and showers are not in the room. There is a section on each floor which I much prefer! And they are really nice also! Love it here, already stayed twice.
