Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. Breakfast had good portions and a nice variety. Quality was totally fine for the price. The hostel is the perfect place to meet people and breakfast is a good start to do that. I'm not a Hostel Person and still I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and you had little storage places next to your bed with a little locker.

Well set in the Hoan Kiem district of Hanoi, Bông Hà Nội hostel is located 1.2 km from Hoan Kiem Lake, 800 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and 1.4 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. Perfect hostel for me in Hanoi. Great location at the north end of the Old Quarter, reasonably quiet on the street for the Old Quarter, very quiet inside. Near to restaurants and street market. Socializing space available but not a party hostel. Beds were comfy with excellent bedding, towels provided, and windows in the dorm rooms. Lights and outlet in each bunk. Working A/C and shared bathroom kept clean. Efficient laundry. Breakfast of bread, egg, fruit, coffee, tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many tours available. Highly recommended hostel!

Above all, the Buffalo management team runs the hostel with professionalism. They try to help the travellers to have the best time in Vietnam. All the staff are friendly and hospitable, so I felt at home staying here. In addition to their hospitality, I liked the cleanness of the facility. The housekeeping team keeps the shared bathrooms clean. Also, the beddings are clean. Furthermore, I enjoyed the privacy. Each bed in the dorm has a private light, two electrical outlets, and privacy curtains. I'd be happy to stay in Buffalo Hostel when I come back to Hanoi.
