This is our second stay at the hotel, after a very successful first stay. They also function as travel agents and help book tours without commission. Rosa and Cherry helped us book a private tour with friends that stayed a different place after their working hours and with the biggest smile. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Hanoi again!
