I loved the price! Accomodation on big island is really expensive 🙈 however, even it was cheap this room was spacious, clean, and all we needed to rest. It's located next to some bar, so we heard music coming out from the street, but once we closed the windows it wasn't an issue at all. The neighbourhood is not the safast one, however, on the property have had 3 locks on the way getting into the room that made us feel secure. .

This is the sweetest hostel. It has recently been renovated. Exceptional value in a very central location in Honolulu. It was very comfortable with friendly staff, a private outdoor picnic table, common areas, snorkels and umbrellas to borrow, clean shared kitchen, etc. The shared bathroom was very cleaned and worked out fine between us and the neighboring room. The staff were lovely - very friendly and welcoming. This hostel is very quiet (compared with many others we’ve stayed in) which we were fine with. (We’re in our early 60s)
