Located in Weligama, 400 metres from Weligama Beach, Wake Up Weligama provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Everything was perfect, room, host which is really active in organising events and giving info about some, room was basic but clean, had big locker (I had my own lock), bathroom was big and kept clean.

Situated on the beachfront in Hiriketiya and boasting a garden, Hidden Well Hiriketiya has free WiFi throughout the property. This is a very cool place to stay. It's basically a shack (we stayed in the private double room) but it's very comfortable, we had sockets and even a fan. It rained pretty heavy the night we were there and we were nervous about our luggage getting wet but it stayed completely dry! It has a hostel vibe with shared facilities but was kept very clean!! The location is great - very close to Hiriketiya beach and there is even a wonderful restaurant right in front of the property overlooking the sea. Wish we stayed here longer!!!

Hiricurry Hostel & Restaurant features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Dickwella. The hostel seems to be quite new and located in the main street to Hiriketiya Bay. I sayed here with my friend for two nights and the experience was positive. The manager, Sameera, and his assistant were really friendly and welcoming. They were always going above and beyond to make sure that all our demands were met. The breakfast was very local and delicious. The restaurant operated throughout the day until dinner time, and it was responsibly priced while making it one of the best places to try out some local cousins in Hiriketiya. The wifi worked well on the ground floor where we stayed, which helped me to do some work while staying there.. The beds in the dorm room were very comfortable and modern, and each had our own towel. All the beds had bed lamps as well as fans. Also, the hostel offers us free lockers to keep our valuables with was great. We had a shared washroom, and it was clean while there were a few more other washrooms in the property. The location is about 5 mins away from the beach as well as towards the main road, which I found to be a good advantage. Recommend for both budget travellers and food lovers! Thank you, team. Featuring a terrace, Salty Heart - Surf House is set in Weligama in the Matara District region, 90 metres from Weligama Beach and 29 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium. Very centrally located, close to the beach, with great restaurants nearby. It was super clean, had excellent Wi-Fi, and a warm, family-like atmosphere.
