We have stayed in a double room, with hot water shower and even hair dryer. For us, the fact that they also serves other meals besides breakfast (decent prices) was perfect, no need to search other locations for food after returning for day tours. There is also option for some tours that can be done on shared tuk-tuk for good price. You can write your name on a plate at the reception, so that other can see and make the arrangements together.

Boasting a garden and a bar, Pakse Backpacker Hostel2023 is situated in Pakse, 200 metres from Wat Luang and 600 metres from Pakse Bus station. The staff are very friendly. The room is clean. We can rent a motorbike here as well. The breakfast is so damn good. Overall, highly recommended.

The owner was lovely and helpful, and when we extended our stay they even reduced the price for us which was so nice. Clean and large rooms. Restaurant next door did great food. Sunset from the room in the evening was beautiful.
