Nagasaki Kagamiya offers dorm beds and private Japanese rooms, a 5-minute walk from Hotarujaya Tram Station. It features a garden and a cosy shared lounge with free WiFi and a free-use internet pc. As a place to sleep it's already perfect, but the best part are the owners who will go to great lengths to entertain their guests with anecdotes about Nagasaki and about their own trips. This is one of the very few places where I really felt treated like family. Ask them about their kimono rental service if that's something for you.

Located in Goto, 1.2 km from Ohama Beach, ako house provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Beautiful traditional japenese nicely refurnished. Beautiful garden with a very special tree. Very nice landlord family The house includes an onsen.

Situated in Tsushima, 2.1 km from Miuda Beach, Midori Guesthouse&Hostel features views of the mountain. Host was very considerate, and explained things to me concisely and thoroughly when I arrived so I didn't have to ask any questions. Room was very clean, quiet, small towels were provided and there was also underfloor heating which you can adjust yourself. I learned a little bit about the history of Tsushima and was recommended some of the places worth going to visit, before renting an electrical-assist bike for ¥1500 until 3pm. Good location with access to some nice shops nearby.

Located in Nagasaki, within 1 km of Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and 1.6 km of Peace Park, Mezame Hostel provides accommodation with a bar. The facilities are great and the location is very convenient. The price is also very good

ROUTE - Cafe and Petit Hostel is located in Nagasaki, within 2.6 km of Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and 3.2 km of Peace Park. Very lovely and clean hostel, you get your own little cabin which was surprisingly big. The host was very nice, also prepared a cute breakfast. It was also very convenient that you could rent bikes immediately from the Hostel, they had the best collection of rental bikes I've seen in Japan, also the first time I had a rental bike that was not too small for me since I'm quite tall. E-bike is recommended as Nagasaki has many hills and you will get around much faster and with less sweat. If I come again to Nagasaki I will be coming back to Route.

Located in the heart of Nagasaki, Hostel Casa Noda features free Wi-Fi available in all areas. The hostel has a rooftop terrace. Guests can use the washing machine placed at the rooftop. Great location with a tram stop right outside and a bus stop a shot walk down the road. Tidy and clean with plenty of amenities for guests including free tea and coffee, washing machine and dryers (¥100 per use)

Offering views of the river, Wagyu hostel nedoko is located in Nagasaki, 400 metres from Peace Park. This air-conditioned hostel features free WiFi. For your comfort, you will find slippers. It‘s like staying at someone’s home, really. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the owner is very welcoming. Everyone got a little amuse bouche, so to speak, when paying in cash. And it was so delicious. I read a lot about the rules. At first I thought they seemed strict, but really it‘s just basic manners. Just don‘t be rude, I got my deposit back, no problem.
