Situated in Tsushima, 2.1 km from Miuda Beach, Midori Guesthouse&Hostel features views of the mountain. Host was very considerate, and explained things to me concisely and thoroughly when I arrived so I didn't have to ask any questions. Room was very clean, quiet, small towels were provided and there was also underfloor heating which you can adjust yourself. I learned a little bit about the history of Tsushima and was recommended some of the places worth going to visit, before renting an electrical-assist bike for ¥1500 until 3pm. Good location with access to some nice shops nearby.

Great location with a tram stop right outside and a bus stop a shot walk down the road. It‘s like staying at someone’s home, really. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the owner is very welcoming. Everyone got a little amuse bouche, so to speak, when paying in cash. And it was so delicious. I read a lot about the rules. At first I thought they seemed strict, but really it‘s just basic manners. Just don‘t be rude, I got my deposit back, no problem.
