It was a pleasure for me to stay in this hostel, it is clean, and is an extremely friendly and warm environment. The staff is top notch, they always help when needed, they are friendly, they organize BBQ evenings, plus they also offer surf lessons. For me it was an unforgettable experience. I am giving this property a 10 because it deserves it. It is budget accommodation which tries very hard to anticipate guests’ needs. It is clean, great location for ferry, has a small balcony, a fridge, kettle, bottled water, tea, tv, fan, shampoo!
Los Cristianos isn't for everyone, but it has many plus points.

The Paloma Beach Apartments are close to all the "attractions" and noise, but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Happily surprised after a previous not-so-glamourous stay at the same hostel: I discovered they had another floor which was much better than the dark garage-like dormitory of the previous time. This time it must be very bright (I was there only at night) with large bay windows overlooking the busy beachfront street. The bathroom was very spacious and surprisingly clean. It definitely helped that I had the dormitory all to myself. Still probably more for the individual backpacker.
