Sông Mê homestay is a hidden gem in Vinh Long. The property is gorgeous and lush, our room had a beautiful balcony, and the beds were very comfortable. The family was incredibly welcoming and we were even invited to their Rambutan orchard during the harvest. We really hope to return and stay longer.

Yennie and her family have literally gone above and beyond to make their guests stay nothing short of wonderful. Yennie welcomes you like you are family, and she's known you forever. It's so lovely. She then brought us delicious welcome drinks and cold cloths to clean up. Our room was incredible.The lengths Yennie and her mom have gone to can not go unnoticed. They have thought of everything. Our beds were so comfortable. The aircon works perfectly. All the little quirks or special touches are gorgeous. Breakfast and dinner are served on your own little terrace. It's really lovely. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the green beans and pork!!! Devine. So, too, are the iced kumquat tea and iced coffees!! I could go on. They have lots of bikes, pedal, and motorbikes for use. Yennie has prepared many maps, guides, and recommendations to follow. We had such a great time exploring the local area, pottery village, through rice fields and orchards, and taking the ferry over to the island. The markets in town were also brilliant. Our plans changed, and Yennie was so gracious and helped us sort our transportation, etc. Her dad drove us to HCM City and even stopped on route and bought us some treats. It was so lovely and thoughtful. We had a fantastic and wonderful stay.

The food prepared at dinner was delicious and based upon local cuisine. Meanwhile you stay and interact with the family, who made me genuinely feel at home. I went fishing on the mekong with the brother. The house, garden and neighbourhood are beatifull!

Ngoc Phuong Homestay is located in Vinh Long. It offers complimentary bicycle rentals, parking and WiFi access. A set menu breakfast is served daily. Nice homestay and location. We had dinner and it was very good. The next day we took 2 bicycles and visit around for few hours. In general a good experience.

Situated by the Mekong River, Happy Family Guesthouse features basic and comfy cottages with free Wi-Fi access. Surrounded by tropical greenery, it provides a garden and swimming pool with sun deck. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, they took great care of the guests — thank you, chị Văn! A beautiful place to rest, especially for the glorious Mekong river sunsets. Great value for money. Fruit provided with every meal (the staff will advise you that there is generally a long wait time). Loved the privacy and peace of the river cottage.

Very nicely planned property with lots of places for guests to hang out. We booked a Standard Double room but were given a room with 2 double beds. Adequate space to keep luggage and do some unpacking. Good AC (& fan). Clean bathroom. Very nice location - close to ferry from Vinh Long town. Host is an architect and speaks good English. The free bikes are nicely maintained. We loved riding the 2-3 hr loop suggested by the maps provided by the host. Note, some of those paths are narrow, not paved, have a lot of potholes/rough patches. In Mekong Delta, enjoyed this island of An Binh a lot more than Ben Tre or Can Tho due to this bike ride along narrow canals, fruit orchards and rural life. Wish we had booked for longer since it is a great place to relax and wind down. Breakfast (vegan) included bread, banana & pineapple slices along with coffee, jam, etc. To get to Ben Tre, we took 2 mototaxis that dropped us to the Futa 08 bus station. Mototaxi was booked by the host (don't rely on Grab in Vinh Long & An Binh). Loved the fact that you had some privacy and could be left alone, but were also in a homestay!
