Mr lee and his wife was so warm to myself and my brother and his kindness made me fall in love with vietnam and the whole vietnamese people, He always prepared warm tea for us every evening while we chill at his balcony and enjoy the soothing sound of water gushing from his fish pond. The rooms were neat, the duvet and towels changed always to ensure comfort and even i got so cold at night and mr lee had to provide me with an extra thicker blanket that made me feel better. He also helped me do my laundry and saved me a lot of stress I understand mr lee was trying to be a great host but beyond being a great host, mr lee and his family are good people and the next time i visit vietnam i will come back to experience such warmness & kindness.

The host is an awesome person, who is availble for contact 24 hours per day. Very friendly and gives more hospitality than is required. The accomodation is clean, and has all you need. I think everone should experience this homestay to get more inside information on living in a busy city as Hanoi. I think I have one suggestion for host: maybe include the experience of sharing a meal with the family or friends, or offer a tour on a bike together with the host..This would increase their income and will be a superb experience for the guests. I thought about this idea, because he is such a nice person as company.

Personlig satte jeg VELDIG stor pris på å sove i 2. etasjen, siden det var aircondition der og ikke så mye gjennomgang av mennesker som i etasjen under. Dusjen fungerte som den skulle og jeg følte meg godt ivaretatt og trygg, hele oppholdet

The people at Graffiti House have been extremely and accomodating with us. They helped us arrange transportation in nearby cities, they did our laundry and helped us store our baggages while being away for 2 days. The rooms are clean and well equiped. The mini fridge is really helpful in Vietnamese weather. We also had a balcony which overlooked busy paint street, which was cool. The outside noise can get a bit loud, but it is Hanoi after all. Also the entrance is indeed through a paint shop, but we actually appreciated the full use of the commercial space.
