Situated 600 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, Tranquility Stay offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tranquility Stay in Hanoi, and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Stella, the hostess, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Stella’s family is also amazing. She has three lovely daughters, two of whom stay at her place, adding a charming, family-friendly atmosphere. Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly made my stay unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the amazing Stella, her wonderful family, and the entire team. Five stars all the way!

Located 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and 12 km from West Lake, Lee Homestay features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Spacious and clean room with a desk, air purifier and a/c (with heater option for the cold months!). Nice bathroom with hot water and towels provided. The family is incredibly generous and hospitable. They gave us warm jackets to wear as we only had summer clothes haha, and often shared food with us. We could get water and cook in their kitchen independently too. They also did our laundry without charge. Definitely recommended if you prefer to be located outside of the city, or if you want to work online (as we did). There is a bus that you can take to get to the centre for cheap.

Located within less than 1 km of Hanoi Opera House and a 12-minute walk of Trang Tien Plaza, DAISY'S STAY provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Hanoi. The hotel is located at the quite place. No noise at night. Very clean. Comfy bed. The owner’s dedication to the detail is just amazing, nice design, excellent service, fast replies, always ready to help. One of the best stays in my life, and I have traveled to more than 40 countries.

Boasting quiet street views, Simple & Cozy Hanoi Homestay offers accommodation with terrace, around 2.3 km from Vietnam Fine Arts Museum. Mika is so nice and her place is super cosy and authentic, it's located a bit far from the old quarter but in a really cool part of Hanoi nonetheless! We had to leave one day early to continue our trip to Cat Ba island and Mika called Booking.com for us and manage to cancel our 3rd night and she made us pay only the 2 nights we actually did! Highly recommended!

Hanoi Saga Hotel offers a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi in the centre of Hanoi, 600 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate. From the 5 times we visited Hanoi, this was the best hotel. Everything was perfect.

Location - walking distance to the train street and there are rows of restos and coffee shops behind the house. It is also just 3 blocks away to the cathedral and few blocks within the shopping street. Very convenient location whether you're a first time traveler to Hanoi or an old time visitor. The house itself - it's like staying at a relatives house, very homey and comfortable but with the facilities of a hotel. LAN is very helpful and accommodating host. She arranged our transpo without additional charge, kept our luggage for free when we went to Sapa and upgraded our room accommodation when we came back.

We liked the location and the elevator (yes, because apparently not all accoms here have elevators). The room was also very spacious, there's a cabinet for stuff, a ref, etc.

We stayed 2 nights when we arrived and 1 night before we leave Vietnam. Our best homestay so far. Ava was very kind and welcoming, the rooms are cleans, the bed is very comfortable. The hot water shower works perfectly and she provides all the information you would need during your stay. Also have to mention that we had a private problem, and she saved our life with it.
