Location was perfect, staff friendly and the bathroom had all the basics (toothbrush. shower gel. shampoo, shower cap). We used Grab to get from the airport to the hotel & I would advise that you contact the property and get a private car pick up through them - we did that for the hotel to airport transportation and it was cheaper than Grab. The night we arrived the street was closed to traffic as bars and restaurants occupied the street for sitting - we had to walk 1 block.

Super cute house in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, felt like staying with a friend. They offered us tea and snacks in the morning in their lovely courtyard. Room was basically one giant bed!! Amazing! Super comfortable, we had some of the best sleep on our trip while staying here. Equidistant from old quarter and the airport so perfect location if you are beginning or ending your trip.

Ideally situated in the centre of Hanoi, Old House Homestay offers a terrace, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The host was super nice and very helpful, recommended us some great places to eat, on arrival he offered us some homemade cookies and water helping us with our bags to the room, he was very quick and responsive whenever we needed any help or questions. The location was literally perfect, you walk down the stairs and walk out onto the busy street where your in the heart of the tourist area with lots of great restaurants and cafes and a very convenient 7Eleven right across the street. The property is very close to all the main attractions and we found it really easy to walk to all of them. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room but that’s just my opinion. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Staff were lovely and cooked the most amazing breakfasts, they even made accommodations for my partner who is coeliac. The location is great, we were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. At check in, our host sat us down and gave us great recommendations.

Ava's home was perfect, and Ava and her daily are very sweet. The location is perfect - in the center of the Old Quarter yet in a quiet street. The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and confortable. Very nice shower, with great pressure and hot water, and there was coffee, tea and a kettle in the room for the morning. Ava was also very helpful, always quick to answer her phone whenever we had a question. She also helped us book bus ticket and taxis. We stayed there twice, and will not hesitate to go again whenever in Hanoi. I cannot recommand this place more!
