Stella, the hostess, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Stella’s family is also amazing. She has three lovely daughters, two of whom stay at her place, adding a charming, family-friendly atmosphere. Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly made my stay unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the amazing Stella, her wonderful family, and the entire team. Five stars all the way!

Featuring free bikes and views of lake, Lee Homestay is a recently renovated guest house located in Hanoi, 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. It felt like home. My sister couldn’t arrive to Hanoi, so I was exploring it alone. They always made sure I feel comfortable. They invited me to dinner, borrowed me a bike to explore the area and even prepared a breakfast the day I was leaving. We had to rearrange the dates of stay several times, because of personal issues and they were always understanding. They have a big loving family and you feel like a part of it. It’s in really nice and quite area far from city center, which I loved. I could go on little run and bike rides around village. Also they were suggesting me the best options to plan my travels around Hanoi and making sure I’m safe and sound if I was returning late. I loved my stay and would definitely rate it 100 if I could.

The location is wonderful in the allyways in Hanois city . The host is friendly and helpful. And in a noisy city the room is very quiet, big bonus.

The room is very nice with two big windows with a nice view, which is very hard to find in Hanoi Old Quarter. There is a lot of light in the room. It’s quite big. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle to make some tea. Anna is super nice, always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again when next time in Hanoi.

The room was impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast freshly made and delicious. Lan, the owner, was super nice and easy to communicate with. The two ladies working here were also very friendly and kind. Location is also very good, close to many important sights. Highly recommend staying here.
