Tranquillity Stay, like the name said, Is a little peaceful Island in the Ocean of the vivacity of Old Town in Hanoi. Stella, the host, Is very kind and welcoming and she helps me a lot to organize every my idea in the days that i stayed there. I wish to come back in such a lovely homestay!

The room was so pleasant. Facilities were also very good. Great stay in walking distance to the old town but out of the main tourist area.

Mika was a great host and she helped us a lot with recommendations about places, transportation and food. She even took us to eat and visit some places together, which we really enjoyed! Furthermore, my boyfriend couldn't come on the set date because of a visa problem so I came by myself and Mika stayed with me in the homestay every night until he arrived because there weren't other guests staying at the same time. Lastly, the location is amazing for a local experience. We will definitely be back!

Great location well within walking distance of any main attraction in Hanoi’s Old Town. It’s down a side alley, so affords some peace from the noise of the nightlife. HUGE room for the value as well. The hosts are incredible. They do everything themselves, and are super friendly and helpful as well.

Stayed in room 601 “Garden View”. Room was nice and bright, large but quite narrow. Bed was very comfortable, and the private terrace was enormous and a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon beer and watch the street below. Staff were all very friendly. This hotel is quite basic, but very clean and comfortable. Location in the old quarter was great, you can walk to everything you need.

Lan, the host, was amazing and gave great recommendations of what to see in the city and where to go. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing!

Set in Hanoi, 200 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral and 400 metres from the centre, La Ava’s Home offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and free bikes. It is a quite little alley but in walking distances to all the main places. The owner is very friendly and can help booking tickets (but only because I asked, she didn't "push" it). Whatever you ask, she will try to help. It was very conveniet booking a ticket through her as someone came to pick me up from the hotel (as the alley is not accesible to cars).

Offering a shared lounge and inner courtyard view, Homestay Nam Dong is situated in Hanoi, 1.8 km from Hanoi Temple of Literature and 2.5 km from Ha Noi Railway station. Very nice room for a very cheap price. The owner is a very kind person who always ready to help. The kitchen has everything you need. Would recommend for either short or long term stay.

Located within 600 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake, Mini Homestay provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hanoi. Good Location, stay in heart of Old Quarter. It was close to Ta Hien Str, Night market, walking str....The price was cheap with nice room. Not luxury but it was so friendly, i felt like home away from home.
