Great Location !!!This was a great place to stay for a family of 5…. We had so much space . The place was spotless close to all the amenities onsite . Will defo use this place again on next visit . Isabel is a great host .
Nothing!! The main house is under construction which they have that “disclaimer” in the description. There was not a safe way to access the garage apartment due to the construction debris that was strewn around the property. No parking due to a port-a-potty and trailer blocking the only space available.

Simple, well decorated & furnished converted garage apartment with cathedral ceiling & comfy bed. Beautifully setup. Added Plus: keurig & capsules, laundry machine & detergent supplied.

The home is in an area very close to the University which made it a perfect spot for graduation. The backyard was nice and a great place to host family who were in town visiting. There were a few problems initially (the electronic door lock was not working and we could not turn a fan light off due to the remote not working), but the host was very responsive and answered our calls immediately to address our concerns.
We really liked our stay here! It's a complete house with all you can need, from kayaks & pfd's to a full kitchen with appliances and food staples as oil, herbs & spices. The location is nice & quiet and we liked the nearby Weeki Wachee springs and Rogers Park, where we even saw 3 manatees! Brian & Janine are great hosts and very helpful!
Clara was a great host. Check-in was extremely easy. Everything was clean and tidy. Walking distance to Brickell and 8th Street for food and shops.
