Very clean, and comfortable. Easy access. There's a very nice walking trail around Lake Underhill just across the way. Lovely location.

Great location, close to all of the major attractions, such as seaworld, international drive, gatorland, and the premium outlets, Whole foods is close by as well.
I like when I can control my a/c and make it cold at night, it did just that! Thats a huge plus for me, it was clean and comfortable, they had water in the fridge and all of the necessary appliances and cutlery, plenty of towels. Very communicative and accommodating.

Winter Charm was amazing! It was clean, quiet, I felt so at home. It's situation in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Less than half a mile is a Publix, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and many other restaurants. There is also an upscale outdoor mall. I felt safe. The owners were wonderful. The house was clean and had a nice enclosed patio. Guest Hulu, Rocku and other TV subscriptions were included in our stay. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff was excellent,location was great,public transport right in front and takes you everywhere,walking distance to most attractions on I Drive..Orlando is a fun city with lots to do it's not all theme parks,downtown and winter park are beautiful and very walkable and the locals super polite 😀

I loved the property we stayed in the cottages which are private homes on the property that is maintained by Margaritaville. It’s nice to stay in them if you have a lot of family or friends that are vacationing together.
Beds were very comfy. Check in and check out very easy. TV was working well with enough channels. It was very calm.
Nice fish restaurant just in front, there were a lot of locals, meals were very good and not expensive.
Private home in a beautiful gated community. Was told it was 7.5 miles from Disney; however, it took over 20 minutes + to get there during a non-busy commute using Apple Maps.
