The property is in a great location. The property and its surroundings are fun and exactly what I was looking for.

Well we asked for a HC room and was told it was.
We were put all the way in the back.
There was two drop downs to get to the room. One had a rail, the other did not. Another big fall risk.
The bushes by the pool that u had to squeeze by by the pool that u have to go past to get to the room, are way over grown, I barely made it by with my walker. Fall risk.
A girl answered the phone wen we got there, we had trouble getting to the room.
No one answered the phone. How weak.
Key was left under mat.
No one checked us in.
Toilet was really low with no grab bars, making it challenging to use, to get up.
No grab rails in shower, it had a plastic like towel holder, which wasn’t to be trusted if I fell.
Parking was a joke.
The HC parking spot out front had a Camaro in it w/no HC parking permit.
Not there fault.
I had to park a good 100 yards away, and I don’t walk good at all.
I won’t be back

The staff is excellent . We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Sammy is an excellent host , his personality is great. Always has a smile on his face and a great personality! He is one of the reasons we keep coming back! The place is clean, quant and the breakfast waffles and fresh fruit is delish! Location is excellent. Pool area small quant little tropical Oasis .Can walk everywhere! Our go to place!

It is very private and calm. The rooms are like little bungalows, and it’s very quaint.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Great location and great hosts. Just a .5 mile bike ride from almost anywhere: Higgs Beach, Duval street, etc. They had all the things you need including bikes, umbrella, beach towels , bathroom and kitchen supplies. One of the bikes had a flat tire and they had someone come over immediately and switch the bike out. Great communication from host.
Our best stay in florida, great host, super happy hour, great pool, everything fantastic, beautiful, Wish we could stay longer, unfortunately only one night was available.

Excellent location near Duvall Street and Hemmingway's House, also and 15 mins from the beach. Loved the room and Bathroom. I even had a veranda, very Key West! Loved the whole homestay. Parking was at the end of the street in a small lot so very convenient.

fabian was a great host. when we needed something he answered right away, and solve our problems really quickly. his maintenance workers were great and helped us with what we needed.
hidden gem, location is so beautiful with all the trees and plant, skimming pool, interaction with other guests, drinking water available, walking distance to duval, great working WiFi, free parking spots, very Safe, smooth check in, Steven is a great host.
