We have been welcomed by the wonderful host Lucrecia (Richar’s wife) alongside with her daughter. The rooms are really nice and clean and the view is just incredible. For lunch dinner and breakfast Lucrecia cooks delicious and healthy meals that we loved. Spending some time there has been truly relaxing and one to one with nature and local culture! Thank you to the family, highly recommended for a unique experience. Note on how to arrive: Easily grab a local bus “collectivo” from Puno to Capachica and then take a local boat from Chifforn Port to Amantaní. Then either you walk 1+ hours or take a ride with the motorbike that are available at the port waiting (very cool experience)

The accommodation is extremely clean, updated, and comfortable with beautiful scenery surrounding you. The meals are prepared with love and enjoyed together with the family which feels very wholesome. Jose Luis, Pilar, and their adorable son are so warm and welcoming - there's no doubt that you will feel right at home. It's rare to experience hospitality at this level - highly recommended!
