Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. It was such a wonderful and unique experience to stay with José Luís and his family. Amantani
Featuring lake views, Richar’s home - experience Amantani with my family in Amantani features accommodation and a garden. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor fireplace. The homestay has family rooms. Very friendly family! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the Lake! Lucrecia cooked for us and every meal was delicious (fresh vegetables and potatoes from their own garden!). Isabel (their daughter) was our guide to the Pachatata; from here we had a beautiful view over the Island and Lake Titicaca. The next day we went for a walk with Richar, he showed us another part of the Island. The Island is so beautiful and calming! I really enjoyed my stay with the family!

Great hosts, amazing views, delicious meals
Friendly welcoming family, big food portions and very tasty. Bedroom very comfortable and bathrooms also very clean. Jose Luis spoke English which was very helpful. Authentic homestay experience, gave us traditional clothes for the dance in the evening and they brought and danced with us.
Richar and his family are lovely, warm, hospitable, and do not try to sell you anything. You simply spend a day with them in the course of their normal lives. Other homestays on the island shlep you around to do touristy things, though I hear they're fun too sometimes. Ocosuyo is on the quiet side of the island, and it is truly beautiful there. My only regret is not staying longer. The food is delicious and the room is brand new with an incredible view of the lake. Highly recommend.
typical stay plus all comfort very welcoming and helpful host family amazing local food nice sitting area with lake view hot shower and cozy heated room in a small village outside from the main center which is too touristy worth staying more then one just night
