It is also possible to park on on the property. The muffins are a great add-on and very tasteful, we got free cereals, fresh milk and water and a well stuffed kitchen. Our room was simple but spaciuos, clean and tidy with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen equipped all what is needed, the breakfast was very nice! even if we stayed for one night only, we felt like home! a plus is the hot pool iacuzzi in the garden, fantastic! the surrounding garden is so lovely and the cat is adorable! The BnB is 10 minutes by car from Matamata town and around 15 minutes from Hobbitton movie set.
