Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Beautiful location and fantastic private residence. Bed was sooo comfy and the place was immaculately clean and tidy. So many things to do in the area with hot pools and waterfalls within a 10 minute drive.

Modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful location opposite the golf course. Lovely hosts, made our stay even better - great communication, welcoming us into their home and very thoughtful with breakfast set up and snacks for the day. We would love to return next year if my daughter plays golf up that way again.
Lovely hosts, super helpful, close by if needed but very respectful of privacy. Also lots of lovely touches like breakfast provisions... Accommodation was perfect for me.
Stephen & Tina have set this room up very well for a B&B. It was perfectly set up for a continental breakfast with a separate bedroom with ensuite, WIFI etc and were great hosts.
What is not to like?!
The amazing building and guided tour of how each beam has its own character, the fantastic beds and linen sheets, the gorgeous breakfast - I could go on, the stunning views, the access to local fun- hobbiton, waiters falls, opal hot baths….
And not least our lovely hosts who go beyond and above to make you literally feel at home. We absolutely love this place!
The views were incredible and the accomodation was spectacular. The hosts, Jen and Dewi are what really make this accomodation the best though. They’re kind and make you feel like you’re at home staying with your mum and dad. Your every whim is taken care of and they etch their way into your heart- they’re the most beautiful souls.
