Very quiet relaxing spot with well designed units. The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

Kurumba Lodge is a wonderful place with an awesome family. From the first welcome drink until the last moment of GoodBye it was an unforgettable lifetime for us. The son Naditha and his parents supported us in nearly every aspect, we could image. Wether it was some technical problems with my camera or an unforgettable safari – in every moment, they were so helpful. The self made food, the drinks, everything tasted very well. The place of the lodge is also very nice. The terrace with a wide view, all the wildlife animals – for us as nature lovers and photographers – perfect. And by the way, the bed, the matress, the AC – we slept like in heaven. The hardest thing was to say goodbye, because it felt already like at home. We felt in love with these wonderful and heart warming people.

They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Honestly, I might have taken advantage of their generosity a little (they were just that amazing!). Whether it was arranging activities, offering local tips, or simply ensuring I was comfortable, they went above and beyond every step of the way. If you're looking for a relaxing, memorable stay with exceptional service, incredible food, and great value near the beach, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Set just 1.2 km from Kammala Beach, holidays hotel offers accommodation in Dummaladeniya East with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. We loved everything about this hotel and fantastic family running it. I would say that the stay exceeded all our expectations. Hotel is beautiful, all the furniture, room size, lobby, cleanliness all to very high standard. Food i cannot even describe because it was soooo good. Close to the beach and shops. I would definitely recommend to everyone. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much Xxxx

Adjacent to the house but able to enjoy the freedom without any disturbance. Great value for money. There is also an outside dining and coffee making area. The rooms on two floors are of luxury quality. Highly recommend.
