Bovi was caring & extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

Hands down the best place we stayed in our 3 week long trip in Sri Lanka! The room was big and is part of a beautiful villa, the linen were clean and perfumed like nowhere else. The host was nice and very helpful, also the location is perfect if you want to visit Sigirya! Highly recommended!!

Offering a garden and garden view, Simoya Nature Park is set in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock and 22 km from Pidurangala Rock. We stayed in 8 different hotels and homestays during our trip and this one was the best by far. The couple managing the facility had a great job to create a very special environment and experience. The rooms were very clean, decorated with flowers etc. The breakfast was the best. They gave us great tips, suggestions for our trip. We felt like we are part of the family. The facility is very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it is also in a very silent corner with a great garden. You can see monkeys, giant squirrel, birds and other wildlife just around the facility. We definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling around Dambulla.

Located 1.6 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sigiri Sandilu Homestay offers a garden, and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Rawi and his family are amazing, kind, and helpful hosts! It was our first destination along the trip, and they truly made us feel at home! The breakfasts were the best and we were always asked what we want, and one night, they organized a dinner for us with so many different options, it was beautiful! Locations is also great, and if you sth in Sandilu, you must try the bar of their cousin Rawi across the street! 🥰

Karu picked me up from the airport in a taxi and as with the rest of my stay was so polite, efficient and friendly. He suggested a daily itinerary including Polonnuwara, Dambulla caves and Sigiriya rock and Pidurangala, taking me in his tuktuk. He used to work as a tour guide so is very knowledgeable and knows everyone ! The room was comfortable, air con noisy but I used the fan instead. Great treat to have the pool to cool off in. The food, home cooked by Anusha, was incredible, and all at such good value. Loved it here. Thank you.
