The location was absolutely perfect, literally inside Pienza and the large garden with furniture for each guest was a plus to have breakfast or a nice drink in the evening. Cinzia the host was incredibly professional and looked after us very well, ensuring we had everything we needed. A really great host!
The best Booking property we’ve stayed in so far. The communication and instructions from the hosts were excellent. Several guides, flyers, maps and relevant books about the region were available at the apartment that we, tourists liked. The apartment was very clean. The kitchenware was literally polished clean, unlike in most other properties. The WiFi was fast and stable. During the hot summer, it was very good to have two AC units, one for each floor. This property is essentially a private home in the old town of Florence.
The Villa is in a stunning location with large, comfortable suites and a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfasts were excellent with a different selection each day. The staff are particularly welcoming and helpful and I felt like I was a guest in a private home.
Everything was perfect, exceeding our expectations! It feels like you are living as an authentic italian person. Both Kim and Simona are great hosts and they cater to your every need with a smile on their faces. The place is perfectly quaint, so cozy and inviting. The garden is a dream, like a secret garden surrounded by other houses and gardens in which the locals have family dinners and the authenticity of it all is through the roof! We fell in love with MòSì and we are definitely coming back!
We like the old stile the house. That's was amazing, very nice and very clean 👌 very quiet and very nice view!! Very friendly people. We advise everyone how want to stay a way from noises and traffic and to enjoy a private home, this is the one place which you can love it. I thank the owners of the house for the communication and all-round help. So thank you so much for everything and definitely we gonna be back here 🙏

Fantastic location. Right near bridge Ponte Vecchio. Great host who met us for checkin and was so helpful. Fantastic restaurants within apartment that locals go to. Supermarket 2 min walk.
